Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid bookings and plans purchased through this website for private listening sessions.
2. Refund Eligibility for Single Sessions
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session: full refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session: no refund, except where required by law.
- No-show: no refund.
3. Membership / Multi-Session Plans
- Used or completed sessions are non-refundable.
- For unused sessions in a current billing cycle, refunds may be considered at sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and subject to applicable law.
- If a plan is canceled, access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Service-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel a paid session and cannot offer a suitable reschedule, you are eligible for a full refund for that session.
5. Duplicate or Failed Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same booking, or charged for a failed booking, contact us promptly. Verified duplicate/failed charges are eligible for full reversal/refund.
6. Refund Method and Processing Time
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing is initiated promptly; final credit timelines depend on your bank/card/payment network and may take 5-10 business days or longer in some cases.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before filing a chargeback, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized or abusive chargeback behavior may result in booking restrictions, subject to applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version posted on this page applies to new transactions from its effective date.
